Window Rebate Form
A rebate of $5 per square foot of replaced glass is available for the replacement of metal-framed or single-pane wood-framed windows with new windows that have a "U" factor of 0.30 or less. To qualify for the rebate, the residence where the window is installed must have an electric heat source. It's important to note that the replacement of existing vinyl windows is not covered under this rebate program. Heat Pump Form
Rebates are available only for customers converting to a heat pump from a different heating system. Customers replacing an existing heat pump are not eligible. Rebates for upgrading to a new heat pump system range from $200 to $750, contingent on the type of existing heating system being replaced—whether it's an electric furnace, baseboard, wall heaters, or an older heat pump—and the efficiency of the newly installed system. Insulation Program Form

Door Rebate Form
The base for eligibility is a substandard exterior door, including one without insulating material or where the weather stripping has degraded by at least 50 percent. The new exterior door must be Energy Star Certified or be NFRC-rated and meet the U-factor and solar heat gain coefficient requirements.
