Effective Oct 1, 2023, Grant PUD is placing a hold on the processing of applications for new generator interconnections. The purpose of this hold is the decision to develop a cluster study process to replace the current sequential study process and to update the interconnection agreement. It is Grant PUD’s intention to substantially conform to FERC Order 2023 (Docket No. RM22-14-000, July 28, 2023) including but not limited to requirements for deposits, site control, data submittals, commercial readiness and queue management. Any applications received on or after Oct 1, 2023 will be subject to the new cluster study process. Grant PUD is in the process of determining which applications received prior to Oct 1, 2023 will be subject to the new cluster study process and will post amendments to this notice as necessary.
