Residential Construction Service

A service connection application must be filled out if you are requesting new electric service or making modifications or upgrades to your existing electric service.

All applications have required fields, make sure you have the following information available:

1. Grant PUD account number  

  • Your account number can be found on your monthly statement.
  • Log in to ePay to view your account
  • Call Customer Service to speak with a representative at 509-766-2505 to obtain your account number or to create a new account.

2. Service location information 

Find your parcel number on the Grant County GIS website

3. Service request information 


4. Service size in Amps and service voltage information

If you are unsure about your service requirements consult your electrician.


5. Temporary Service for Construction if applicable

The Distribution Engineering department will determine what is required to provide service to your project. Fees will be based on the project type. All fees must be paid in advance of construction.
