We use several methods to buy goods and services, always aiming for the best value and fair competition. These include competitive bidding, requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), and sometimes direct awards when allowed by regulations.

Our payment terms are NET30 from receipt of invoice and product/service. All invoices to be submitted to Accounts Payable via email at accountspayable@gcpud.org. Inquiries can also be made to (509) 754-7940.

An accurate invoice that includes:

· Your company name and contact information

· Invoice number and date

· Description of goods/services provided

· Amount due and applicable taxes
