Small Works Roster

Grant PUD’s Small Works Roster (SWR) is used to award public works and construction projects valued at $350,000 or less. It’s a streamlined way for qualified contractors to compete for smaller-scale projects that help keep our communities running smoothly.

To be eligible, contractors must complete and submit a Small Works Roster Pre-Qualification Application.

Once approved, you’ll be added to our roster and notified of bid opportunities that match your approved categories of work. There’s no need to reapply unless you want to be approved for additional categories.

Only contractors on the Small Works Roster are eligible to bid on Small Works projects—so we encourage interested suppliers to apply and stay current with their qualifications.

In accordance with RCW 39.04.152, and RCW 39.04.152, Grant PUD publicly posts awarded Small Works and Direct Contracts This section will be regularly updated with contract award information, including contractor name, project description, and award amount.
