Customer Survey
Our 2026 Public Utility Benchmarking Survey is now live
Each year, Grant PUD participates in the Public Power Data Source Customer Satisfaction Survey to see how we compare with other Public Power Utilities in America.
The survey, which takes just a few minutes to complete, measures your satisfaction in the following areas:
- overall satisfaction
- reliability
- rates/value for cost
- communication
- customer service
- outage response
- field personnel
- innovative programs and services
A few notes about the survey:
- Only those served by Grant PUD should take the survey.
- There is only one survey allowed per IP address. For multiple survey responses from one location, additional survey takers should use a smart phone connected to their mobile service.
- The survey will be live through the end of August.
