Work Location Instructions

In response to the growing threat of COVID-19 Coronavirus, we will be taking the following precautions.

  1. All supervisors will facilitate working from home as much as possible with their employees. Please use the Temporary Telecommuting Policy as instructions.
  2. In cases where employees must work on site, supervisors and employees shall follow the instructions provided in the Return-to-Work guidance
  3. Please forward questions about the Temporary Telecommuting Policy and Return-to-Work guidance to Mary Tasson in Human Resources.

We will facilitate access for employees to retrieve items from their work spaces, including equipment needed to better facilitate work, in the following manner:

IMPORTANT: Only employees who are NOT in the At-Risk group will retrieve items. Employees in the At-Risk group should coordinate with their supervisor about how to retrieve items.
