Laird joins Grant PUD as Vice President of Customer Experience

EPHRATA - Jessica Laird joins Grant PUD as Vice President of Customer Experience, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the power industry leading customer service, utility operations, and organizational transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, improved customer-focused operations, and led major modernization efforts for electric utilities across North America.

Most recently, Jessica held customer experience leadership roles with Arizona Public Service (APS) and LUMA Energy where she helped strengthen customer operations, billing, digital customer service, technology, and service delivery during periods of significant transformation and change. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to service excellence, Jessica is passionate about creating positive customer experiences and helping utilities meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is excited to join the Grant PUD team in its mission to provide reliable, affordable power and exceptional service to customers throughout Grant County.
