Action items from June 23 Commission Meeting
The Commission approved the following items during its business meeting on Tuesday, June 23:
Resolution No. 9126 which adopts revised polices and procedures related to the State Environmental Policy Act. Staff had recommended the changes as an update to the former polices and procedures, which had last been changed in 2011.

Approved a motion authorizing the General Manager to execute a three-year wholesale energy exchange agreement with Shell Energy North American. The transaction allows Grant PUD to collect a premium for energy delivered from Grant’s system to Shell. In return Shell will provide Grant PUD market energy in the same volumes and periods.

Approved a motion authorizing the General Manager to execute a contract with North Harris Computer Corporation as Grant PUD’s new Customer Information System in the amount not to exceed $7.718 million for a contract of five years. The contract is for services to modernize and replace its legacy Customer Information System with an integrated platform to support meter-to-cash operations, outage management, workforce management, and customer engagement.
