2027 Rate Goals
Continue core customer protection from the cost of load growth, by allocating costs to deliver power outside of Priest Rapids Project to Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers
Align rate classes with the Commission's "Growth Pays for Growth" strategy by creating two new Tier 2 data center rate classes.
Develop a smooth rate trajectory to maintain commission established guardrails for rates relative to costs.

Prices have almost doubled in the last 10 years for power poles, transformers, wires and cables.
