Guidelines for employees in high risk for COVID-19 complications

Our Incident Management Team has installed new return-to-work guidelines for employees who may be in the high risk category for severe complications from COVID-19.

The new high risk guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control are for those who:

  • Are 65 years or older
  • Have chronic lung disease or moderate-to-severe asthma
  • Have serious heart conditions
  • Are immunocompromised
  • Have severe obesity
  • Have diabetes
  • Undergoing dialysis or have liver disease

If one of these conditions concerns you, we suggest you consult with your health care provider to see if you can return to work given our present health screening and personal protective equipment policy. If your health care provider concludes it is not advisable for you to return to work, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. I want to emphasize that the health and safety of our employees is our top priority. Employees with high risk conditions should know they will be supported if their health care provider advises that they should protect their health by not reporting to their normal work location during this pandemic.
