Grant PUD silver anniversary memento

Recently, my wife and I were going thru some bookcases at home and I ran across the attached that I had completely forgot about. We found this in our house when we bought it from the Estate of Ross Freer in 1998. Ross and his wife had built the house in the early 1950's and lived there until shortly before his death in 1998. Coincidently, Ross retired as the Treasure of the PUD in 1976. With us in the house now, there has been a PUD employee/family living in that house for approx.. 70 years. Please feel free to share this if you would like to do so.
