Grant PUD is soliciting proposals under its 2026 All-Source Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking competitive offers to supply up to 360 MW of capacity to serve a growing customer base, maintain resource adequacy, and meet its obligations under the Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP). • Group B – Long-Term Proposals: power purchase agreements or ownership offers with terms of 10 to 20 years, for projects of at least 50 MW.
