Tony Webb, General Manager

Tony Webb, General Manager, has been with Grant PUD since 1990. Prior to being appointed by the Commission as general manager, Webb held a number of roles throughout his career at Grant PUD including Assistant General Manager, Director of Human Resources, Customer Service and Support Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University with experience in aerospace industrial engineering management.
Chuck Berrie, Assistant General Manager

Chuck Berrie, Assistant General Manager, joined Grant PUD in 2007. He is a Grant County native and has more than 28 years of utility experience at three eastern Washington public utility districts. Prior to joining Grant PUD, he served as general manager at Okanogan PUD. As Assistant General Manager, Berrie oversees the hydro, and natural resource divisions. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
Mitch Delabarre, General Counsel

Mitch Delabarre, General Counsel, joined Grant PUD in 2009. He has more than 26 years of legal experience, including 20 years working with municipal organizations in Grant County. He holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and obtained his law degree from Willamette University College of Law.
Kim Justice, Auditor

Kim Justice, Auditor, joined Grant PUD in 1998. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from City University. Kim has over 30 years of experience in legal and financial audits of government agencies.
Mary Kunkle, Treasurer

Mary Kunkle, Treasurer, joined Grant PUD in 2003. Prior to her career at Grant PUD she spent 19 years as a treasurer/controller in the healthcare industry. She previously served as the deputy treasurer in 2007 and treasury operations manager since 2009. She was appointed to the position of treasurer in 2011. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Idaho.
Kevin Nordt, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Nordt, Chief Financial Officer, joined Grant PUD in 2004. He began his career at Grant PUD as the Mid-Columbia Coordinator. In December 2006, Nordt became the Director of Power Management with nearly 20 years of experience in the Northwest energy market. In addition to his role as CFO, Nordt oversees the power management, finance and reliability and compliance divisions. He has spent his career working in the Northwest in a variety of engineering, marketing, trading and operations positions. Past regional employment includes positions with Portland General Electric and Energy Northwest. Nordt is a native of New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematical physics from St. John's University, a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Wisconsin and additional graduate work in computational finance at Oregon Graduate Institute.
