Power Outages

Hand holding a flashlight

We keep the power flowing to you more than 99 percent of the time and spend many hours each month maintaining the system to keep it strong. But all the maintenance and prevention in the world can’t keep occasional power outages from occurring. There are some things — like the weather — that are simply out of our control.

Report an Issue: (800) 216-5226

Call to report an outage or emergency involving power 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Notice: Do not call 911 to report an outage or to receive information about an outage. This will only cause delays in our reponse to the outage as well as delays to emergency personnel in their response to actual emergencies.
